1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacement
- Returns or replacements are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for:
- Manufacturing defects (refund issued if preferred)
- Wrong or incorrect items delivered (replacement issued if applicable)
- Prior approval from our customer support team is required.
- Video evidence of unboxing must be provided to validate the request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items without tags or packaging
- Change-of-mind returns or dissatisfaction unrelated to defects or wrong delivery
3. Return / Replacement Process
- Contact us at support@flaneuse.in within 5 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
- Provide video evidence of unboxing and describe the issue.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
- The item must be shipped back in its original condition.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility, even for defective or wrong items.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for items with manufacturing defects on a case to case basis.
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, to the original payment method.
6. Replacements
- Wrong items delivered will be replaced following the same approval and return process.
