• Orders: Subject to availability and acceptance. Confirmation is sent once payment is authorized. 

• Payment: Payment is made via direct UPI request and authorization. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Shipping:

1. Orders placed before November 16th, 2025 will be shipped after November 16th.
2. Orders placed on or after November 16th, 2025 will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 
3. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
    

• Returns: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects or wrong items. Prior approval and video evidence of unboxing are required. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Product Info:  Please note that some model catalog images may have been digitally created or edited using AI or image-editing software for representation purposes only. However, secondary images displayed on mannequins are photographed from the actual garments. Colors and sizes may vary slightly due to natural materials and display differences. Patterns on the garments may differ slightly due to variations in fabric placement, cutting techniques, or dye lot differences during production.
